Vegans/Vegetarians:I want a recipe that u have tried & love. Pls don’t refer me to a website unless u tried it
I have been a vegetarian my whole life but I’m now starting to incorporate fake meats into my lifestyle. I got some Tofurky Italian sausage (w/Sundried Tomota and Basil) and I want a creative recipe that uses this ingredient. I know it’s a lot to ask but I m sure you wont fail me.
As a side note I dont like Tofu so please don’t give me a recipe with tofu in it.

I made this last week and it was amazing! My meat eating boyfriend who was skeptical of the fake meat thought they were better than the real chicken enchiladas I used to make. I used the Morningstar chick’n strips and they tasted awesome in this recipe!

I cheated and used regular cheese because I’m not really used to the vegan cheese taste yet. I’m workin on it! =)
