Any good vegetarian recipes that are quick and easy?
Feel like im always eating the same thing. So has anyone got any healthy vegetarian recipes! All welcome..But none with mushrooms because i hate them! lol
Take a round pita bread. Put it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350. Take it out. At this point you can do about anything. We take cilantro hummus and roasted vegetables and smother it will cheese then put it under the broiler. You can also use regular pizza sauce and vegetables and cover it with cheese. My sister takes alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, feta and cheese and put it in the broiler.
Here is my favorite sandwich. It sounds gross but it is awesome.
Take regular bread and on one side put Miracle Whip. On the other side put peanut butter. Put Classen sandwich pickles on one side and onion slices on the other. Put it together and enjoy! It really is awesome.
