does anyone have a good beet recipe?
for the past month i have had a weekly lunch date with a friend at a vegetarian restaurant. this particular restaurant offers a delicious shredded beet burger and beet salad. i have been ordering these two items every time we go there and my 15 month old daughter has recently decided that beets are her new favorite food. i am definitely happy about it but unfortunately i’m not the best cook and i haven’t the slightest idea how to go about preparing them! thanks for your time:)
