so i watched video called meet your meat on youtube and instantly broke into tears, so i decided to be a vegetarian. any tips? recipes?
Hm. Good choice! I have been a vegetarian for 4 years now 
What I usually do for a lunch kind of meal is some type of beans or salad.
Tofu is always good as well. For supper there are a lot of options, like Vege. Burgers/ vege.dogs, and vege.slices ( for a sandwich ) or Mixed bean plates. Beans are a good source of protein since you are not going to consume any meats .
