What’s an easy Weight Watchers Core Plan recipe?
I’m doing the Core plan and I’ve run out of ideas. Anyone have any easy, tasty recipes, preferably with some kind of meat? Thank you!
Grill a sirloin steak, and serve with vegetables sauteed in low fat cooking spray and a jacket potato topped with Quark and chives.
Grill a lean pork chop and top with apple sauce. Serve with red cabbage onion sauteed in a tsp olive oil until soft boiled potatoes and gren beans.
Brown a skinless breast fillet in a tsp olive oil. Add teriyaki sauce, mange tout peas, and broccilli, cook for ten mins and serve with brown rice.
Brown extra leaf beaf mince in low fat cooking spray, Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder. and tinned pinto beans. Serve on brown rice topped with low fat fromage frais.
