can i have an actual recipe, nothing like “just eat a salad” or “go to subway” but it doesnt have to be a technical recipe, something like “turkey on rye with swiss and carrots… etc.” is helpful. or if you have any links, that would help!

I’ve tried many recipes from this website and very happy with the results. The recipes are very healthy yet did not compromise the taste, very easy to prepare too… yummy !!
Most importantly, I need not worry about my waist line anymore.
