healthy recipes weight watchers
Does it really work?
I’m looking to loose 60-70 pounds within this year, and I’m going to be using Weight Watchers recipes’. Does this diet really work? Are the foods healthy? Anyone have any experience with it?
ummmm my friends have tried it before. i have some advice though
instead of spending money on it… try yyourself! if u want to lose 70 pounds in a year, thats 1 to 2 pounds a week. so if 3500 calories is one pound, you need to burn off 3500-7000 calories a week. so, your body burns 9800 calories a week. but,you have to eat haha. so if you ate no more than 1000 calories a day, and eexercised enough to burn off 300 calories…you should loose that weight in no time. dont crash diet, eat healthy. kepp your mmetabolism going. you HAVE to eat breakfast. breakfast should be around 200 calories, lunch 300 and diner 300. make sure these meals are low in fat. you still have 200 calories left, so if you get hungry thorughout the day, eat something low and calories and healthy. an apple only has around100 calories, that a great choice.
ok,so now the excersing. jogging 4 miles is 300 calories. if thats too much. spilt it up. do 2 miles after breakfast and2 after lunch.
if youlook like your not getting too much results… do not lower your eating, increase your excerzise to burning 600 calories a day.
if in the first week you are shocked by loosing a lot of weight, but the next week you dont loose as much, or even gain a little… thats normal. the first week is mostly water weight.
ok i know you can reach ur goal if u work hard at it. you can look up excersizes on google. search calories bruned and it will bring you to excersiez and how many calories u burn.
good luck!!!
