vegi Recipes for non vegi hubby?


We are trying to eat healthier as a family. The kids and myself and pretty much vegetarian but my hubby is a meat and potatoes kinda guy. I dont expect him to go vegi but I would like to add some vegi dishes to our monthly menu that he would like. I am having a hard time find any though since he is so anti vegetables. LOL HELP

Try vegi food from different countries. indian food and chinese food are good examples. you can get lots of yummy healthy stuff and if you ask for less spicy food it obviously wont be that spicy or you could try making it at home. If you make at home then go onto google to find recipes
