What are some quick, easy vegan recipes?


It’d be nice if they were tasty, but I could care less, it’s just food.
I’m a vegan for the next forty days (lent) and so, I was wondering if there were any good recipes. I basically had celery for breakfast and some carrots for lunch, and it’s getting to be about dinner time and I’m heading to the store… So, any good recipes, recommended things that I can pick up that are vegan?
Is oatmeal vegan?
