easy recipes sweet potatoes
I need a recipe for roasted sweet potatoes?
Something easy that I can cook with a turkey in the oven at the same time, or cook a day ahead and heat up for dinner time.
My mom cleans them and than rubs them down with olive oil and liberally salt with kosher/sea salt than bakes whole in the oven until tender
