*EASY CHEESECAKE
9×13 pan, 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
1 1/4 c. graham crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Mix and pat into pan.
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat with mixer until creamy and pour over crust. Bake until light brown around edges only. Cool and top with pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
*Fastest Cheesecake
8 ounce package AND 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lemon juice
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 9″ graham cracker crust
In medium bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk and mix until very well combined. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill. 8 servings.
*EASY CHEESECAKE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Beat cheese until smooth; beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, mixing well. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill until set, about 2-3 hours. May garnish with fruit.
*EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKE
1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped topping
3/4 c. cherry pie filling
Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Mix well and press into bottom and sides of 8″x13″ pan. Chill 1 hour. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until creamy. Blend in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Spread pie filling around edge. Chill at least 3 hours.
*EASY FRUITED CHEESECAKE
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 med. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Make a crust by combining flour, butter, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and pecans. Pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13 non-greased baking pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Beat 2 minutes or until creamy. Spread evenly on top of cooled crust. Top with fruit filling. Refrigerate.
